The NBPS Fine Arts Boosters encourages our fine and performing artists to transform their passion into purpose and make a difference in their community through their art.  

The NBPS Fine Arts Boosters raises funds and provides charitable outreach by hosting a multitude of impactful annual events such as our: Salute to America, Faculty Concert, and a variety of Charity of Choice events.

In addition, fine arts parent volunteers provide hands on support to our faculty and students in every arts discipline.  From serving food at afterschool arts activities to helping in the studio, our enthusiastic arts parents play an integral role in the learning and success of our fine and performing artists.

Our joyful and supportive community values artistic achievement and the self-discovery it facilitates. Energized by the passion and dedication of our young artists, we aim to be "always better", to foster a culture of excellence, and to find more meaningful ways to connect with our community.

Our students and alumni have been recognized for their artistry both within our community and beyond, earning recognition from a multitude of local, state, and national arts organizations. Our students are winners of the US Presidential Scholars in the Arts, National YoungArts Foundation, Silver Knights Awards, Cappies Awards, and International Percussive Arts Society; to name just a few. Our alumni have earned acceptance into distinguished institutions such as the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, Eastman School of Music, New England Conservatory, and Rhode Island School of Design.

Our faculty of brilliant arts educators and teaching artists inspires our students through their expertise as active performers and creators. They continually seek to hone their skills as arts educators through participating in notable programs such as Harvard Graduate School of Education’s: Project Zero and the Arts and Passion-Driven Learning Institute.

Our Arts Academy is specifically designed to inspire and enable our career-minded artists to achieve their dreams and make a positive impact on the world.

We are particularly proud of our groundbreaking collaboration with The Juilliard School. The Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Program enriches our performing arts curriculum and students’ learning with the artistic values, traditions, and expertise of Juilliard. We will truly learn with Juilliard. Juilliard affiliated curriculum specialists, teaching artists and touring performers will visit NBPS on a regular basis, inspiring our school community through workshops, master classes, and performances.

Collaboration is essential to our culture. Our interdisciplinary arts and arts-integration projects encourage the breaking down of walls between and among arts and academic disciplines, promoting innovative thinking and making learning more meaningful and memorable. 

Equally important are professional and community collaborations. For example, unique partnerships with Florida Classical Ballet, Savannah College of Art and Design, Adobe, and SlowBurn Theatre offer our artists life-changing experiences that challenge them to achieve more than they thought possible.
