Alesia Santiago joined North Broward Preparatory School in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership within the travel, airline, and wholesale industries. In her current role, she plays a pivotal part in shaping the school’s HR strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and advancing the school’s mission through strategic talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Alesia’s leadership is defined by her empathy, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Since joining North Broward Preparatory School in 2022, Oriana Garcia has been proud to contribute to its vibrant and diverse community as a Human Resources Generalist. With over a decade of experience in employee relations, organizational support, and leadership, she is passionate about fostering a positive environment where staff and students can thrive.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Orlando, Oriana has called South Florida home for nearly 11 years. Growing up in a multicultural environment shaped her perspective and helped her embrace the role of a global citizen. As both an HR professional and a parent of a proud NBP student, she deeply values the school’s commitment to cultivating growth, learning, and diversity.
Oriana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Management, Cum Laude, from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resource Management at Nova Southeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, exploring different cultures, and appreciating the beauty of the ocean.
