Our SEALS swim team just get stronger and stronger. They have been training hard and working on technique, stamina and speed. All this training paid off with superb performances at Friday’s Swim Meet with AIS. With swimmers competing in a range of events including: 25m freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and 50m freestyle, the students showcased their skills and determination and many PB were smashed and new records set. The students also showed great team spirit, cheering on all the swimmers. It was a fun afternoon which had a sweet ending, with some tasty treats provided by the hosts AIS.
