NAS Jakarta is open to children aged from 1.5 to 12. Our joy-filled community accepts applications all year round and new students can start at any time.

Every family’s application process is different, so we’d encourage you to speak to our admissions team to find out how it’ll work for you. They'll answer any questions you have about our admissions requirements and make sure you have the information you need.

HOW TO APPLY

To join our learning community – and to meet Nord Anglia School Jakarta’s admissions requirements – you’ll need to follow our simple six-step process.

Share a little about your child
Help us get to know your family by sharing the basics about your child, so we can confirm their year group and availability of places.

Visit our school
Explore NAS Jakarta’s leafy campus on a personalised guided tour. You’ll walk through our exciting outdoor and indoor facilities before meeting with our Principal. If you can’t attend in person, we’ll offer you a virtual tour!

Submit documents and pay an application fee

Please email admissions@nasjakarta.sch.id with the following documents:

  1. A completed application form with signatures (one for each child).
  2. Copies of passports (identity pages only) from both the child and parents.
  3. A copy of KITAS (Limited Stay Permit / Working Permit Visa) or DINAS (Diplomatic Visa Holders) of both the parents and child (these documents can be submitted at a later date if they’re not yet available)
  4. Digital photographs of both parents and child (taken within the last 6 months).
  5. A copy of the most recent immunisation records.
  6. A copy of the latest school report cards from the last two school years (if applicable).
  7. Your child’s report or grade cards if they’ve previously benefitted from any form of additional educational or emotional support, as well as copies of any documentation that will help us support them in the best possible way at Nord Anglia School Jakarta.
  8. Once you submit an application form, we ask for a non-refundable application fee of IDR 4,240,000 per child. You can make the payment by bank transfer or via the bank card machine at our school.

We'll review your application
Our academic staff and admissions team will review your application and respond within 48 hours of submission. An inclusive community, we welcome all learners, where possible.

Accept the offer and make a payment
To complete the admissions process, we’ll send you a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and an invoice for the enrolment fee. Please make your payment within two weeks to reserve your child's place.

Join our community!
Once your child's place is secured, it’s important to make sure they are ready for their exciting first day. We'll help them settle in and provide you with the information you need.

At the final stage of admissions:

  1. Parents will need to complete our ‘Emergency Contact and Medical Consent’ form.
  2. We’ll arrange a Meet-and-Greet session with your child’s classroom teacher, to ensure they’re comfortable and confident before their very first day in the classroom.
  3. Parents will receive the Nord Anglia School Jakarta learning platforms’ account details with passwords.
  4. We’ll add you to the school’s mailing list for newsletters and other school information, so you can keep up to date with all the happenings around campus.
  5. You’ll receive family ID cards to enter our school grounds.

PLACEMENT AND YEAR GROUPS

Whether your family is currently in Indonesia or you’re joining us from another part of the world, our admissions team are here to make the school enrolment process as smooth as possible.

Our year group table will give you an understanding of how we place children at our school. The table includes UK curriculum Key Stages and comparisons for the US, Canada, Australia, Korea, India, and the Netherlands.
