We are very proud of all our young swimmers who took part in the Aquadragons Swim meet at Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS) on Saturday 2 November 2019. This event saw over 400 swimmers from across Jakarta and S.E Asia compete in a highly competitive 2 day gala. Our swimmers coped admirably with the challenge of this huge event and performed very well, especially as this was the first big swim event from most of the team. They demonstrated good swim technique, endurance, and determination, as well as a lot of patience and focus while waiting for their events. It was a great learning experience, and they have come away with new performance targets and areas to focus on such as their tumble-turns and race pacing. We are excited to see the impact of their practicing in the next event against AIS in December. Well done to all the students and huge thanks to the parents who supported throughout the day. Go NAS Jakarta Seals!
