What a fantastic first day of school for our whole community!
There were plenty of smiles as our children returned to school after the summer break to find that the playgrounds had been transformed. Exciting new climbing frames, dens, slides, spider webs, mud kitchens – the children were spoiled for choice and couldn’t wait for break time. The smiles widened as they also saw the new library – especially the magic door that gives them entry to the land of books. We welcomed our parent community old and new, with coffee, cupcakes and chat around the tree. A wonderful morning of community spirit signalling a great year ahead.
