Diane is currently honoured to be the Principal of NAIS Pudong, a position which she started in August 2022. Her philosophy for the school is that all students should be able to graduate as creative, considerate and confident young people who have a passion to embrace life and thrive wherever they may be.
Diane entered teaching after a career in the technology industry and naturally taught computer science, a subject which she believes is essential to the understanding of modern society. Diane is a very experienced senior leader having started her leadership journey as Assistant Head & IB DP Coordinator in a Nord Anglia sister school, British International School, Hanoi before moving to China in 2019 as a Deputy Director and now a Principal. Outside of school, Diane is an eclectic reader, including a fascination with the study of history. And she enjoys walking around new cities; learning about their architecture, history and culture.
