Thank you to everyone for coming to help us celebrate Bonfire Night and Diwali on Sunday. It was another wonderful evening as we gathered together around the fire and enjoyed a range of food & beverages from our vendors under the dark evening skies, thankful that the wild weather from earlier in the weekend had well and truly dissipated.
Recently we were pleased to welcome Year 5 student, Alice C's, grandparents to speak to some of our native Mandarin Primary students. The discussion served as the first event of the Mandarin department's new annual program, "Living Legacies."
The campus felt rather quiet over the past few days as students from across the school took part in Enrichment Week. Students and teachers have been exploring different cities across China, discovering knowledge and skills beyond the classroom.
In our series of alumni spotlight articles, we speak with Pia Herrera Padilla, one of our graduates who is currently working as a Junior Doctor at the Royal Melbourne Hospital having completed her Medical Doctorate. She’s currently on her pathway to commence her specialty training in Internal Medicine.
