Core-curricular activities

We encourage students to try something different, as they often find a hidden talent and realise they have potential elsewhere in their education. With lots of options, students can find specific areas they have an interest for. Here’s a selection of what’s on offer:

The Nord Anglia International School Dublin co-curricular activity programme runs every week:

  • KG2 - Grade 1: Monday - Friday 2:30 - 3:30 pm
  • Grade 2 - 11: Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 4:30 pm

During this time, students take part in a range of activities in order to enrich their education through creative, active, service and academic activities. The opportunities aim to equip students with the right attributes and life skills to help them thrive at university and in the world of work.

From these CCAs, students can go on to represent the school at various events and competitions, such as the Model United Nations, Global Campus Debate League, sports teams, chess competitions, production and musical performances. They can even be chosen to take part in events connected to our collaborations with The Juilliard School, New York and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
