Yana has dedicated her life to education, a passion she discovered during her university years when she began teaching English and Spanish alongside her studies. After graduating, Yana’s path was clear—teaching was her calling. She started her career as a Spanish professor at the university level, where she shared her love for languages and inspired her students.
For several summers, Yana worked with children in English camps in Cyprus and Malta, fostering a joyful and immersive learning environment. Now, at ISM, she thrives in an atmosphere where children are genuinely happy and engaged. She finds the school’s welcoming and vibrant environment inspiring, making her role deeply fulfilling.
Yana firmly believes in the transformative power of education. Sharing knowledge, for her, is not just rewarding—it’s life-changing. She takes pride in motivating and inspiring students, helping them grow and realise their potential, all while creating meaningful, personal connections.
Outside of school, Yana has a love for theatre and contemporary art exhibitions. She also enjoys staying active and has taken on the challenge of running marathons.
