Xiayin trained as an Early Years Teacher at the University of Warwick and has extensive experience working with children aged 0-5 in nurseries and primary schools across the UK.
As an Early Years educator, Xiayin is dedicated to fostering the development of confident, curious, and creative young learners. She strongly believes in the effectiveness of play-based learning and designs engaging, hands-on activities that cater to each child’s individual interests and abilities.
Xiayin is committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She approaches each day with enthusiasm, ensuring that her students can explore and discover in a safe and joyful atmosphere.
Outside of her professional life, Xiayin is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Buster and Snowy, often taking them for walks in the woods, where they love chasing squirrels.
