Tatiana began her teaching career over 20 years ago and has been an integral part of ISM since 2011. Throughout her time at the school, she has brought her expertise to a variety of roles, working as an Assistant Teacher in Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Reception, Year 1, and Year 4. She has also taught French and Russian across different year groups, further showcasing her versatility as an educator.
Tatiana believes that a classroom is a vibrant community where everyone—from the Principal to the students and their parents—plays a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive educational environment. Her guiding philosophy is that every child is unique, and each learns in their own individual way. This personalised approach enables her to support every student, helping them thrive and achieve their potential.
Tatiana takes great joy in inspiring students to reach their full capabilities. Using creative and engaging methods, she challenges children to perform their best while fostering a love for learning.
Outside of the classroom, Tatiana enjoys spending quality time with her children, cycling, reading, and playing badminton and tennis.
