Davy began her career working with youth programmes, where she discovered her passion for empowering young people to reach their full potential. Motivated by this, she earned her PGCE and has since taught in schools in both the UK and Australia.
Davy strongly believes in a holistic approach to education, leading by example and demonstrating values such as integrity, compassion, and respect. In the classroom, she fosters a positive and uplifting environment, ensuring students are both engaged and happy, as she believes this is key to effective learning. Her creative flair, combined with her educational expertise, allows her to create a stimulating and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels motivated and valued. Davy takes great pride in seeing her students grow in confidence, both academically and as well-rounded individuals.
In her personal life, Davy cherishes family time and enjoys staying active through yoga, running, hiking, and cycling. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, she indulges her creative side through painting and learning new skills, all while listening to country music.
