Paul is a passionate and caring teacher who encourages students to build on, learn from and share their own learning experiences. He enjoys collaborating with other teachers, approaching lessons with innovation, flexibility and an open mind; always striving to instil a passion for learning and achievement in the students he works with. Paul believes that all students should be challenged, included and encouraged to have high expectations of themselves. Paul has a student-centred ethos to education and he strives to nurture the whole child, to help create well-rounded, successful, competitive and respectful individuals.
Paul has experience of working with various different curricula (IGCSE, IB, The International Primary Curriculum, The Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and The National Curriculum for England). He has also had the pleasure of leading various different sporting teams and he enjoys attending and competing at sporting fixtures with his teams.
In his free time he enjoys watching football and keeping fit. Paul takes exceptional pride in living in Russia and feels truly privileged to work at ISM and to live in Moscow.

British Canoeing Awarding Body (BCAB) Level 1 Paddlesport Instructor Award
