Grigory joined ISM in 2021 and joined the Academic staff in 2022. Experience in both administrative work and teaching allows him to better understand the school functioning.
Grigory finds working at the Student Support Services extremely rewarding, since there is nothing better than to see a smile on a child's face when they manage to progress academically with something that presents a challenge to them.
Grigory enjoys both working with students in the classrooms and in the Student Support office one-to-one. He finds it amazing to not be attached just to one subject but to work with a range of subjects, from Maths to Russian.
Grigory considers it a privilege to be able to work with both Secondary and Primary.
Grigory is working with students with different neurological conditions, such as ADHD and dyslexia. He tries to find a personalised approach to every student, given their needs and character.
Away from school Grigory enjoys travelling, playing football, reading and watching movies.
