Elliott began teaching in 2011. Always having a deep passion for education coming from a family of teachers, Elliott began working in Primary schools in inner city Birmingham in England before moving to Italy to work in the IB curriculum before finally arriving at ISM in 2016.
With a strong foundation in pedagogy and instructional practices, Elliott is committed to implementing evidence-based strategies that promote student success. He is skilled at identifying individual student needs and working closely with teachers to develop personalised educational plans. Known for his exceptional communication and management skills, Elliott fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

Elliott holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and has continued his learning journey through various professional development opportunities.
