Kyle began teaching in 2015 and has developed a deep passion for working with students across the primary school. He believes that imparting teaching in a fun and exciting way will help turn students into life-long learners, willing to develop themselves to become the very best that they can possibly be.
Having worked across all year groups in Key Stage 2, Kyle feels that it is important to enrich the learning of the students through the use of technology, communication and collaboration. A holistic approach to a child's development is fundamental in helping them to achieve their dreams and beyond. The use of success skills, positive and engaging teaching and putting learning into the hands of the students has seen students in ISM develop a genuine love and passion for learning. Kyle feels that in order for students to want to develop and improve, it is important that they have a role model within the class, so he demonstrates his expectations for his students through his own behaviour.
Kyle has been developing his strength training, focusing on weightlifting and wrestling, as he believes is important to develop his own resilience and courageousness. He also enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, exploring Moscow and deepening his understanding of foreign languages.
