Year 12 Team Building

This half term, our Year 12 cohort celebrated what has quickly become an ISM Sixth Form tradition with our PSHE Team Building tasks.

These tasks varied in theme and skill sets required, with some students building boats fit to withstand the sabotaging efforts of Mr Johnson-Morris and Egor patenting the first ever carrot flute. He literally managed to create a musical instrument from a carrot.

On a slightly more serious note, Yuto, Anna, and Giulia devised a new socially conscious reward policy for the school. A group also carried out a comprehensive student survey to tailor our Sixth Form PSHE curriculum to student needs.

With the reward at steak a hearty breakfast laid on by Mr Lee and Dr Kucharova, Year 12 worked together and produced some outstanding results. The aim was to build new friendships and memories, which was thankfully achieved. 

We toasted this success with some socially distanced pancakes and honey, safe in the knowledge that Year 12's ideas will help build a better Sixth Form environment.
