ICS’ ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

International College Spain (ICS) is an inclusive school that’s open to children aged from 3 to 18. We accept applications all year round and new students can start at any time.

Every family’s application process is unique, so we’d encourage you to speak to our admissions team to find out how it’ll work for you. They'll answer any questions you have about our entry requirements and make sure you have the information you need.

STEP 1

APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

After filling in our enquiry form and taking a tour of our campus, you’ll need to complete our online application form. You’ll also need to pay our application fee and send us the following documents:
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate and passport.
  • A copy of both parents' passports.
  • A copy of your child’s school reports (last two years).
  • A confidential recommendation form completed by your child’s current or most recent school. We ask that this is completed before the assessment.

STEP 2

ASSESSMENT AND INTERVIEW

After receiving your form and documents, we’ll invite your child to sit English and maths assessments. We may also ask them to an interview with our Principal. This will ensure they can access our academically rigorous International Baccalaureate programme, and give us an understanding of any additional learning needs.

STEP 3:

OFFERING YOUR CHILD A PLACE AT ICS

Once we’ve reviewed your child’s application and assessment, we’ll write to you to offer your child a place. You’ll need to formally accept, pay our enrolment fee and fee deposit, and complete our medical forms. We’ll then send you an enrolment pack and tuition fee invoice, and confirm your child’s start date.
