Back to School Photography is happy to announce that we have just launched our online platform for parents to choose photos and create orders for the Value Packages and our Specialty Add-Ons. Our Value Package bundle contains all the photos most parents will need and offers savings upwards of QR 150 Riyals and contains:
1. Student Photo 6”x8”
2. Class Photo 5”x15” (with optional sturdy Styrene plastic mounting)
3. Passport sized photos (6x)
4. Photo Magnet

The Specialty Add-Ons are fantastic photo products that parents can also optionally order, and they include; Photo greeting cards, photo keychains, photo bookmarks, fantastic 3D laser cut statuettes, and other unique photo products.
Photo Proofing (Selection) and Order Creation
Option 1: Online
It is very easy for parents to choose photos and create their orders, just follow the simple 3 steps below;
(quick note: each parent should be aware of their son/daughter’s student ID to continue)
1. Go to (http://shop.backtoschoolphoto.me), choose Campus from the top menu, then enter the contact details, finally enter Student ID they want to choose photos for.
2. Once they’re logged in, they can choose the photos they like. They can choose one photo for each of the products, e.g. one for the Value Package, one for the Photo Bookmarks, etc. Or they can choose the same photo for all products.
3. Finally , they should add the items to their cart: then go to cart, and Share it with us using the Share Cart (important) link on top of the page, and choose "Send Cart to Back To School Photography”. Important: Please do not checkout and pay online. This feature is not ready yet. See the notes in the end for details.
Option 2: In the School (choose photos and pay on the spot)
If parents don’t wish to order online; Back to School Photography will be at the campuses and from 7.30 am – 2.30 pm over the dates below assisting parents in person to select photos and place orders:
Gharaffa: 28 and 29 November
Rayyan : 30 November and 3 December
Madinat Khalifa: 4, 5 and 6 December
Payment Options
In School (cash payments only) :
We will be available in each campus to collect cash payments, and of course assist parents in person selecting photos if they don’t wish to do it online.
We will be available from 7.30 am – 2.30 pm in the following campuses and dates:
Gharaffa: 28 and 29 November
Rayyan : 30 November and 3 December
Madinat Khalifa: 4, 5 and 6 December
Local Back Transfer or Deposit:
Transfer or deposit money in our Bank account below and then just snap a pic of your deposit/transfer slip and email it to contact@backtoschool.com or send by WhatsApp to 70101024 .

Important Notes
1. The online payment system is still not ready; It’s important that parents do NOT use the online checkout/payment, instead they should pay using one of the payment methods above.
2. All the selected photos will be retouched free of charge before they are delivered to you, the parent.
3. The Specialty Add-Ons are optional, but they cannot be ordered without the Value Package.
