WORLD CLASS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL EDUCATION IN DOHA, QATAR
OUR HISTORY
Our Gharaffa campus officially opened its doors to 17 students in 2006. We’ve come a long way since then! In 2010, our Madinat Khalifa campus welcomed its first students and, by 2013, 195 staff were teaching 1,169 children across the two sites. In 2019, our purpose-built Themaid campus opened, offering some of the best school facilities in Qatar. Today, our international school in Doha is one vibrant community that’s home to almost 2,000 students from more than 80 countries.
Over the years, we’ve driven innovation to provide the best experiences for our students. Our collaborations with The Juilliard School and MIT, social responsibility projects with UNICEF, and life-changing expeditions to Tanzania will add ‘wow’ moments to your child’s learning.
From day one, our priority has been academic excellence. In 2019, we were recognised by the IPC for the quality of our primary curriculum. Compass International School Doha was proud to become the first IPC accredited school, not only in Doha, Qatar, but in the entire Middle East region. Our IBDP, which produced its first graduates in 2016, has gone from strength-to-strength, too. In 2021, our IBDP students achieved the best results in our history – putting them in the world’s top 15%.
