Champittet boarders enjoy their winter break in Zermatt

As educators, we believe it’s our job to set a positive example for future generations, and raising awareness of sustainability issues is key to this mission. On October 9th, our parent association APEC and school leadership team held a special event at Collège Champittet to celebrate sustainable mobility. In the words of our Director Philippe de Korodi, “The transition to soft mobility is one of the school’s sustainable commitments.” We were therefore delighted to see a wonderful turnout from our community, with children and family members coming to Collège Champittet by bike, by scooter or on foot.

Our FLE (French as a Foreign Language) department specialises in helping students from around the world to master the French language and thrive in a francophone environment. This is achieved not only through our excellent FLE programme on campus, but also through enriching language immersion activities beyond the classroom!

Whether through our collaboration with The Juilliard School or our Cultural Season of world-class concerts, Collège Champittet is committed to bringing the performing arts to our students. And as our youngest students have learned, it is never too early to discover the pleasures of music!
