Self-esteem is anchored during childhood. Whatever the age a good self-esteem, ensures a good psychological health. Beyond the traditional teaching, it is important for us to transmit to children the importance of listening, of taking into consideration the other person, the capacity to be aware of their feelings and emotions and to be able to speak about them freely.
