Hello CDS Families!
Today marked a very important day for CDS as we held our first ever Parent Association General Assembly. During this very important gathering of community members, we ratified our PA bylaws and elected our new executive board. First and foremost, I would like to thank Ms. Alexandra Arango for her leadership over the past two years and for all of the executive committee who is leaving us at this time. Your dedication and commitment to supporting our community has been steadfast and we appreciate you tremendously. To our newly elected president, Ms. Abby Rivers, we welcome you and wish you all the best in your new role and know that you will bring amazing leadership to our PA. Thank you to Dennia Gayle for her campaign, we all look forward to your participation in the PA moving forward.
One of the most important functions of the PA is to bring our community together, please consider participating. Whether it is by attending our monthly meetings or participating in one of the many committees that the PA offers, this group only works if our community participates. We look forward to the future of the CDS PA with excitement and high expectations! Let’s go Panthers!!
