BVIS Alumni Reunion: "A journey far from home to maturity"

"Like coming home" is the shared sentiment of BVIS alumni from various graduating classes who participated in the Alumni Reunion event last week.

Currently studying and working in various countries around the world, during the gathering, our former students had a warm and intimate exchange with Bonnie and Mary, both from Year 13, sharing their life experiences since bidding farewell to BVIS.

Former members of the school also discussed successes, failures, and challenges on their new journeys, contributing to the continuous growth of each individual, while always carrying the values and spirits learned from BVIS.

The most wonderful aspect is that each alumnus continues to cherish many beautiful memories and close relationships with teachers, classmates, and friends. Surely, the moment of saying goodbye to Mr. Joe Shooter, Deputy Head of Secondary, before he officially concludes his work this academic year, also left a profound impact on them.

Minh Khanh (Nancy), Class of 2023, currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design at the University of the Arts London, shared, "The biggest lesson BVIS taught me is an open-mindedness towards different cultures, which is very useful at the university level when I meet and study with many international friends."

Vũ Minh, Class of 2021, specializing in Multimedia Communication in Australia, candidly expressed, "When studying Business Research at school, what stood out was my teacher at that time, Mr. Rad Lowry, teaching me how to think independently to actively seek answers instead of just providing me with simple solutions. I highly appreciate BVIS for developing these skills for students from secondary school."
