Schedule of Uniform Collection for New Academic Year 2015-16

Dear Parents,

British Vietnamese International School - BVIS Hanoi would like to express our sincere thanks for your interest and your co-operation over past months. We are eagerly preparing for the start of the new academic year 2015-16.

By this email, we would like to inform parents of schedule of uniform collection as follows:

• Time: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm from 11th to 19th August, 2015 (except Saturday and Sunday)
• Place: British Vietnamese International School Hanoi
• Address: Royal City – 72A Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

Please kindly be advised that parents can collect uniform only if the admission documents are completed and full payment of all fees (deposit, registration and tuition fees) has been made as stipulated by the school.  The cost uniform is included in the School Tuition Fee.

Please find details about the uniform set of your child(ren)'s year group:

• Early Years uniform
• Primary uniform
• Secondary uniform

It would be much appreciated if you could collect the uniform at the above-mentioned times. If the uniform does not fit your child(ren), Parents could exchange it at the school uniform shop (uniforms must be unused in its original packaging).
