Congratulations to our BSN artists on their fantastic A Level, GCSE and IGCSE Art results. 24 students received their final grades this summer and our BSN artists maintained a perfect 100% performance in the A*-A grade range!
This year Pearson Edexcel awarded only 35 candidates the highest score of Grade 9 worldwide for GCSE and IGCSE Art 3D Design. 7 of these scores of Grade 9 were awarded to our own BSN art students! That means 20% of the worldwide scores of Grade 9 for 3D Design came from BSN; an outstanding achievement.
Mr Lungley, our BSN Head of Art said, “These really are a fabulous set of results, and they build further on the wonderful results from last year. Our students richly deserve these grades for all the hard work and dedication have put into their projects. There is a really strong creative culture within the art department that the students are at the heart of driving forward. It is so pleasing to see the results go from strength to strength.”
