With the Nord Anglia Virtual School Experience entering its third month, students and teachers have been learning what makes great lessons online and honing their skills on the technology; however, for one group of students, screen time is not always so easy – and whilst our youngest students love seeing their teacher onscreen, they benefit most from hands-on, practical and creative tasks that aren’t always easy to deliver via WiFi…
… but if there’s anything our fantastic Early Years team enjoy, it’s a challenge. So, over the last fortnight, our team put together some fantastic home learning packs to bring the Nord Anglia Virtual School Experience to life. The Early Years Home Learning boxes enhance our students’ learning and supplement our teachers’ home learning activities. They include activities that cover all aspects of the Early Years Seven Learning Areas. The activity cards, in both English and Chinese, also include explanation of the activities, learning opportunities and key questions. A fun, practical and creative learning opportunity for all our Early Years students!
