Activities and Opportunities at BSG
“House events are great! Our teachers get dressed up in our house colours and wear funny costumes, which boosts the team spirit. Let’s go Vikings, let’s go!” Year 9
“I enjoyed being part of the student council this year, we were encouraging the school to be more eco-friendly. Classes were given green marble points for turning the lights off when it wasn’t dark. I felt really responsible and made some great friends from other year groups.” Year 4
School Life
“The atmosphere in the school is so warm and welcoming. I loved going on our residential trip this year to Yangshuo. It was great being away from home with all of my friends. We learnt how to be independent, which was cool.” Year 6
“We learnt all about chocolate, it was yummy! It was fun to try lots of chocolate and learn how to make it. I want to make chocolate when I am big.” Year 1

BSG School Values
“When I arrived at BSG, my English ability was extremely limited. I found it very difficult to understand what was going on in lessons. However, with English lessons and encouragement from both teachers and other students, I persevered and saw dramatic improvements. I am now really confident with my English ability and have immersed myself into many activities within school because of this.” Year 10.
