Year 1 Temple Fair

There have been so many highlights this term it is hard to know where to begin, however, the Year 1’s hosting their own Temple Fair today was really exciting. The Year 1’s divided themselves into groups, created their own games and decorations, and created rules and instructions for their games. They then sent out handwritten invitations and collaborated in their teams to set up their games ready for their Reception and Nursey friends.

It was wonderful to see all their hard work pay off in an extremely successful Temple Fair. It was a joy watching the children interact with staff and children from Reception and Nursery. They took care to plan well-thought-out and exciting games. They had clear instructions and were excellent role models, helping the younger children take part in the Temple Fair.
