Year 10 have done a lab challenge to design a track with multiple different sections then investigate how the speed and acceleration change in each section. This is a good warm up for this unit's summative assessment. We took the opportunity to practice our skills such as pair work, recording results accurately in well designed tables and charts, and drawing conclusions from the results to answer a research question. Inquiry learning is challenging but the more we practice these skills, the more confident we feel!
