The Eco-Warriors once again began their classroom monitoring, and it’s great to see that children remember to switch all electrical gadgets, air conditioners and lights off, and to use the recycle bins. TX children know how to be green.
The Green Certificate is awarded to the class which consistently demonstrates ‘green’ actions, but this month especially the Eco Warriors were looking for classes that had signed and displayed the Eco-Code. The Eco-Code is a reminder of all the actions we should take to stay green, and signing the code is a pledge to always do these actions.
The first winner of the Green Certificate this new school year was 6T. Well done to everyone who is being green, and let’s see who will be awarded the Green Certificate next month.

Our Class of 2025 has once again raised the bar, achieving outstanding IBDP results that place them among the best in the world. Congratulations to every one of our graduates, whose dedication and resilience have resulted in not only exceptional scores, but also outstanding university destinations across the globe. This year, our students achieved an impressive average IB Diploma Programme score of 36.3 points, significantly above the global average of 30.58 points. Over one quarter of our Class of 2025 scored 40 points or above, placing them in the top 10% of IBDP candidates globally, with 11 students achieving a score between 42 - 45, and one remarkable student achieving the perfect score of 45.
At BIS HCMC, sport is more than just a game. It’s a vital part of a well-rounded education. Through dynamic fixtures, inter school competitions and inclusive sport opportunities, our students are encouraged to challenge themselves, work collaboratively and take pride in representing their school.
