I am thankful for your feedback during Tuesday’s Principal Coffee Morning. As we near the end of the school year it was great to hear so many positives from your side. We have some takeaways as well, and we will be taking them into consideration for our development and improvement plans … because we always strive for better.
The Year 6 “Into The Woods” performance was truly amazing. From the stage décor, the singing and the storytelling to the confidence showcased by our students on stage: everyone outdid themselves. Our Years 10 to 13 also hosted their end-of-year party at school: our auditorium was truly transformed into a glamorous hall, rightly following the student-chosen theme for the party: Emerveiller.
Next week we will start preparing our primary families for the changes that will come next year. Our students in years 7 through 9 will also celebrate the end of the school year with a Disco themed party, and on Thursday, June 15th we will host a sports awards evening to recognize a great season with many wins, personal growth, and accomplishments in the athletics.
I hope that you are as proud as I am of what we have accomplished, together, during the 2022-23 school year.
Have a good weekend.
Richard Vaughan
