Another action-packed week here at BIS Hanoi.
Our Year 4 end-of-year production of ‘Aladdin Trouble’ was a joy to see! Congratulations to our students, teachers, and support staff for this great showcase.
Our Key Stage 3 students had a fun-filled Sports Day competing together in a range of sports supported by our Year 10 student leaders. A great time was had by all.

Our Primary teachers had a visit by Jane Considine, a writing consultant, who has led in-class and teacher workshops for our staff on further developing writing for our Primary students. An inspiring and enjoyable set of training sessions for the team helped us all take things to the next level.

Today marks the start of the Year 13 IBDP exams. We wish all our students the very best during the May exam period. Next Friday our Year 11 students will also begin their IGCSEs. Go students! Be the best you can be!
Finally, school closes today for the long May holiday weekend. We reopen again for all students on Thursday, 4th May.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
