Dear Parents,
Another great week here at BIS Hanoi.
Some highlights for your note have been our final day parade and assembly for our Year 13 students on Thursday. The whole school community came out of their offices and classrooms to cheer and congratulate the students as they head into the exam season. We wish them all well for their IB Diploma exams, along with our Year 11 students who will be taking their IGCSEs.
Our Parents Connect focus on Primary Mathematics had a good turnout this week from parents. We hope you found it useful and informative as you supported your child’s learning.

Our Early Explorers sessions started up again this week for our parents and toddlers. We now have 4 sessions a week running for children from 0-12 and 12 – 24 months. It's so great to have you join our school community.
CCAs have begun again this week, along with our Saturday CCAs once again starting tomorrow morning. Thanks to all our teachers, TAs, external sports coaches and music teachers who partner with us to enrich our students learning across all age groups. It's wonderful to see so many students trying something new for the first time as well.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
