120 students from Years 6, 7, and 8 showcased their mathematical prowess on 26th April, tackling 25 complex problems that required critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Their efforts paid off with a record-breaking 82 awards!
Special shoutout to Dylan and Joel from Year 6 for already securing the prestigious Gold award. Their dedication and talent are truly commendable.
Year 7 students achieved a total of 4 Gold awards, and notably, Naeun from Year 7 not only earned a Gold award but came impressively close to qualifying for the Olympiad (reserved for the top 1000 globally).
Year 8 students truly dominated the competition, earning 8 Gold awards, but that’s not all! Three of our exceptional students, Stella, Megan, and Imad not only achieved the best results in our school but have also secured their spot in the Olympiad!
We are immensely proud of all our students who enthusiastically embrace this annual challenge. Best of luck to our top trio as they gear up to tackle the Olympiad on 14th June!
