Manchester Thunder - Netball Masterclasses

BIS Abu Dhabi are excited to welcome Manchester Thunder coaches into our school In November to deliver Netball Masterclasses within our girls PE curriculum.

Manchester Thunder are the current Vitality Super League UK champions, who are offering Attacking and Defensive Masterclasses on Monday, 7th November and Thursday, 10th November.

The Masterclasses are aimed at girls aged 7 to 19 and will be led by Natalie Metcalf, Taylor McKevitt and Superleague Coach of the Year Karen Greig. These sessions are separate to our school Masterclasses and there are still some places available at Zayed Sports City and at ACTIVE, Al Maryah.

To secure a place could parents please complete this form selecting the sessions that they would like to attend.

On Wednesday, 20th November, our school community came together to celebrate and acknowledge World Children's Day, with this year’s theme on ‘The Future Changed Child’. The day began with a powerful moment of unity, as we gathered onto the school field to form a large "WCD" for a group photo, while our Primary School students sang *‘We Are the World’* under the direction of Miss.
