Meet Faisal. Many of you would recognise Faisal from the security team, and he has recently changed his role to be the school Operations Assistant. Faisal tells us a litle more about himself:

 

I joined BIS Abu Dhabi as a security guard at the start of 2012, and was later promoted to a Security Supervisor in 2013. At the end of last year, I got the opportunity to become an Operations Assistant at the school. 

I married my wife, Anam Kaleem, in 2014, and she joined me in working at BIS Abu Dhabi as a Support Assistant in 2015, and then as a Teaching Assistant in 2016.

I have three children, two daughters and one son. My wife left the UAE last year when she was pregnant with our third child, and I am planning to bring her and my family back to the UAE by end of this year.

It has been ten years that I have worked at BIS Abu Dhabi and it is like a home for me. I have learnt a lot and have improved my skills. It is a nice, professional work environment to work in.

I enjoy living in Abu Dhabi as it's calm and quiet compared to other cities.
