I was born in the beautiful province of Cavite, Philippines located on the southern shores of Manila Bay. It is known as “a place with a glorious past.” Why read a book when you can walk through a place where history was made? We encourage tourists to explore and enjoy the whole country with a great smile and care from our local people.
Back in 2013 I made the decision to move to the UAE to further develop my skills and experience within a new environment. I was assigned in the Education cleaning department within Abu Dhabi.
I worked at my first job for almost 5 years before I was given the amazing opportunity to join BIS Abu Dhabi. I was excited for another step of my new career and I am pleased to say that since I joined, I have had a wonderful experience, I continued to believe in myself and I am proud of what I have learnt.
I have loved my time in the UAE so far, it has been life changing and I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my experience and learning from my team.
I am delighted to be representing ADNH Compass in serving The British International School, Abu Dhabi.
Outside of work I enjoy reading books.
I live by the saying ‘God is good all the time’

Last week, Mrs. Stanier, our Head of Humanities, had the pleasure of accompanying three of our amazing students: Tia and Renad from Year 12, and Turkan from Year 10, to Houston, Texas, to take part in the NAE UNICEF summit. We were thrilled to be hosted by one of our Nord Anglia schools, The Village School in Houston, the first Child-Friendly City in the US recognised by UNICEF. The Village School is a boarding school, so the students got to experience what life was like as a boarding student there for the week.
