We would like to invite returning and new families to join us for a school Orientation Day on Tuesday 5th September 2017 from 9am – 12pm, and 1pm – 3pm. You are welcome to drop in at anytime within those time periods.
It will be a great chance for students and parents to meet their new class teacher (in Primary) and form tutor (in Secondary).
Our friendly PTA will be hosting a second hand uniform sale and we will have representatives from Shanawaz (our bus company) and Keita (our catering company).
Uniforms are not required to be worn on Orientation Day.
The first day of the 2017/18 Academic Year will be Wednesday 6th September 2017; a kind reminder that the day begins at 7.45am sharp, and gates open at 7.30am.
You may have noticed that prior to the summer break construction work had started on the sanded area opposite school which has continued throughout the summer months. We have now been notified that school traffic will be temporarily re-routed and a detour is expected to be in place prior to the start of the new academic year. All school traffic will still exit the E22 at the same place (Abu Dhabi University), but instead of turning left at Abu Dhabi University roundabout, you will now take the first exit (right) this will be signposted to follow the road around to our primary/ secondary entrances.
