Arrangements for First Day of School - 30th August

The following are arrangements to be followed for the first day of the 2015-16 Academic Year, Sunday 30^th August 2015:

• School gates will open early at 7.15am on this day only.
• All primary students are to go straight to their classrooms.
• Early Years Foundation Stage students should be taken directly to their classrooms by parents/guardians. Please be mindful of the staggered start times for FS1 and FS2 which you can read about by clicking here.
• Secondary students should go straight to the Main Hall.
• New students - If you did not have a chance to visit on orientation day, please make your way to the Main Entrance where a member of the Admissions will welcome you to the school. Please remember to bring with you any outstanding documents to complete your enrolment.

Reminder of Entrances:

• FS1 entrance is Oak
• FS2 entrance is Ash
• Primary entrance is Willow
• Secondary entrance is currently Oak (normally Secondary entrance is Elm, however it is closed off at the moment for construction work)

Prams/buggies

Lastly, please be reminded that due to health and safety reasons, prams/buggies are not allowed inside the school building. There are spaces outside the main entrances to leave your prams/buggies.
