Please note: All age groups usually have a waiting list, so early registration for the upcoming academic year is advised.
Interview
After making an enquiry, our admissions team will invite you and your child to an online or in-person interview. We offer slots between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm Sunday-Thursday or between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm on Saturdays.
Application and supporting documents
Following your interview – and after you’ve paid our registration fee – you’ll need to complete our application form. You’ll also need to send us the following documents:
- A copy of your letter of acceptance.
- A birth certificate, plus your national ID number in Arabic.
- A copy of your family booklet.
- A copy of the father’s national ID.
- Two recent passport-sized photos of your child.
- A copy of your child’s vaccination card.
Additional documents for non-Jordanian nationals:
- A certified copy of a valid residence permit (for you and your child).
- A certified copy of your child’s passport.
- A certified copy of both the mother and father’s passport.

Entrance exam
Once we’ve received your application form and documents, we’ll invite your child to sit an age-appropriate entrance exam.
Age-related entry requirements
The minimum age for students joining us, as of 1st September, is as follows:
- 2 years and 8 months for pre-kindergarten.
- 3 years and 8 months for kindergarten 1.
- 4 years and 8 months for kindergarten 2.
- 5 years and 8 months for grade 1.
To enter grade 1 (the first year of primary), your child will need to have completed the final two years of kindergarten.
Re-registering students
Current parents need to re-register their child for the upcoming academic year by 31st May at the latest. Otherwise, spaces may be allocated to new applicants.
