Dear Amman Academy family,
Amman Academy is dedicated to helping our students create their own future. How do we do this? By guiding each child through an individual journey of learning and personal growth. This unique journey begins with a student’s end destination: excellent International Baccalaureate (IB) results and a place at their dream university. Along the way, we help our young people to develop strong values, principles, and self-discipline – traits that are cherished by leading higher education institutions and employers worldwide.
To ensure our students achieve their goals, we offer the three main IB programmes: the IB Diploma, the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Primary Years Programme (PYP). We set the highest standards, emphasise the importance of hard work, and provide expert support and challenge. This approach works: for several consecutive years Amman Academy has boasted the highest IB point scores in the Kingdom. In this time, a total of 30 Amman Academy students have attained a perfect Diploma score of 45 out of 45, too. This excellence is not merely academic; it is the manifestation of students who are tenacious, driven, and believe in the true meaning of integrity.
With world-leading results, our graduates earn places at outstanding universities in Jordan, the United States, Great Britain, Canada, and beyond. Thanks to our global standing – and the expert guidance of our University Counselling Department – many of our students are awarded prestigious scholarships, too. In the past 10 years alone, our graduates have attained over US$30 million in university scholarships – a remarkable achievement. We know that getting into these exceptional tertiary institutions is a gateway to lifelong growth, success, and giving back to society.
Amman Academy is committed to providing a distinguished educational experience, as well as a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment. As part of the Nord Anglia Education family, our students and teachers benefit from exclusive partnerships with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), The Juilliard School, and UNICEF. Being one of the more than 80 Nord Anglia schools globally also gives our students access to unique competitions and rich global experiences that build their character. This helps them to become competitive, visionary graduates, ready to impact the world and serve their communities with purpose and passion.
Our promise to our parents, to our students, to our educators, and to ourselves is an oath guarded by our commitment to excellence. In this regard, we prepare our learners for the brightest of futures.
Best wishes,
Munzer Fahoum
