APPLICATION PROCESS AND BOARDING FEES

The admissions committee carefully considers each application to ensure that the student has the qualifications needed for success at The Village School. Please ensure that all of the following items are submitted as part of your application, as our committee reviews them all:

1. Online Application Form (in English)
2. Official transcripts for current year and the previous two years of schooling
3. A copy of the transcripts translated into English
4. TOEFL, TOEFL Junior, IELTS, Oxford On-line Placement Test (OOPT), or other standardized English test (if English is a second language)
5. Math Teacher Recommendation and English Teacher Recommendation from your current school
6. A copy of the student’s passport
7. Student Interview

Application Process

If you have questions or would like more information regarding our boarding program, please submit an admissions inquiry.

Once the completed application has been received and the interview is completed, most admissions decisions are communicated within 48 hours.

2024–2025 Boarding Tuition

7 Day Boarding

This program includes room, board, tuition, all meals, health insurance, laundry service, academic and personal advising, full access to athletic facilities, class trip, transportation to and from the airport, uniforms, textbooks, Thanksgiving/Spring Break trip, after-school and weekend activities.

Seven-day boarding costs do not include specialty program fees, athletic participation fees, or graduation fees.

IB Diploma fee $1,500 USD
Entrepreneurship Diploma fee $1,200 USD
Pre-medical Science Diploma fee $1,000 USD
Graduation fee $1,200 USD

5 Day Boarding - Sunday Evening Through Friday Dismissal

This program includes room, board, tuition, meals, health insurance, laundry service, academic and personal advising, full access to athletic facilities, class trip, after-school activities from Sunday through Friday.

Five-day boarding costs do not include uniforms, textbooks, Thanksgiving/Spring Break trip, weekend activities, transportation to and from the airport, specialty program fees, athletic participation fees, or graduation fees.
