  • What grades does The Village School teach?
    The Village School teaches students from Pre-K2 through 12th grade.
  • Is there a group for parents? 
    Yes, VSPA (Village School Parent Association) is our parent group and facilitates and coordinates parental involvement at The Village School.

  • What activities can my child take part in after school?
    We offer our After Class Enrichment (ACE) program to students from Pre-K 3 to 8th grade. This program provides many options for extracurricular activities including robotics, drama, sports, and more. 

    For our older students, there are over 20+ after school clubs available to join, in addition to our wide variety of sports offerings.
  • Does the school offer transportation services?
    Yes, we are pleased to offer luxury bus services for an additional fee throughout the Houston area. New bus routes are added based on demand.

  • What curriculum does The Village School follow? 
    We teach an American curriculum in an international community. Our high school students may choose to graduate with the Village Diploma, the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, the Entrepreneurship Diploma, or the Pre-Medical Science Diploma.
  • What foreign languages do you teach?

    Beginning in Elementary School, students may take either Spanish or French.

    Our High School students have a variety of language choices including Spanish, French, Chinese, and Russian.

  • At what grade can students begin playing sports?
    Students may begin playing competitive sports for Village in the 7th grade.
  • What are your fine arts offerings?
    Village offers a wide variety of fine arts options for our students. Depending on the grade level, these include dance, theatre, journalism, photography, art, choir, band, and orchestra.
  • What percentage of The Village School’s graduating seniors go onto college?
    100% of our graduating seniors matriculate to college or university. Our graduates go on to attend some of the most prestigious universities around the world and qualify for millions of dollars in scholarships every year.
