IGCSE and A-Level Results 2022/23
The International School of Moscow is delighted to announce that its students are celebrating outstanding (I)GCSE and A Level results for the 2022-23 school year. 50% of (I)GCSE grades were A* or A, well above the UK national average of 21.6%, with 97% of all grades coming in between A* and C, again well outperforming the UK average of 67.8%.
At A Level, 59% of all grades awarded were from A* to B and this has enabled students to take up places at some of the world’s best universities, including those from the Russell Group of 24 top institutions in the UK.

They showed great determination and resilience in their endeavour to secure the very best results they could. IGCSE results 2021/22
In 2022, 98% of our students achieved at least five A* to C grades (or equivalent). Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their studies was rewarded with 64% achieving an A* or A grade, well above world and UK averages.

A-level results 2021/22
Our Year 13 students achieved yet another year of record-breaking A-level results.
59% of all A-level results were A* or A, and our A*-B figure came in at a staggering 80%, reflecting our students' hard work and dedication.
Our list of university destinations continues to grow, and this year is no exception. Many of our 2022 graduates gained places at the most prestigious universities in the world.
This year’s university destinations include:
- United Kingdom: Oxford, St Andrews University, Reading University, The University of Edinburgh, Imperial College London and others.
- Europe: The University of Amsterdam, The University of Groningen, Delft University of Technology, Medical University of Varna.
- North America: New York University (NYU), The University of Massachusetts, George Washington University, The University of Pennsylvania.
