Our collaboration with Juilliard, the world-renowned performing arts school, combined with our outstanding dance, drama, and music programmes, inspires our students’ creativity, team-work and resilience.

Sports and Athletics
Sport is a great way for students to grow physically, socially, and emotionally. And our outstanding sports facilities make it easy for students to get some exercise while having fun! We compete annually in Nord Anglia Education’s Global Games, a competition with Nord Anglia schools across the Americas. Students compete to win gold medals in a variety of sports while learning the importance of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

SOCIAL PURPOSE

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND COMMUNITY

Students at San Roberto become environmentally aware. Along with their teachers, they participate in ecological fairs, reforestation, and activities that make a positive impact on the environment. Even parents can volunteer to join our Green Team committee!

We also run social responsibility projects including our Meaningful Experiences project. In this program, San Roberto partners with local businesses who hire our Middle School students to give them an insight into the world of work. Students can then donate their salary to a social cause they care about.

All the experiences on offer ensure that our students leave school as globally conscious citizens, who can go out and make a positive impact on the world.

Grade 9 students participate in the Interims program. For a week they get a hands-on experience on a variety of topics that could see them to travel to places like China, Japan, Canada, and Orlando, participate in local master classes; or engage in enriching social responsibility projects.

Students immerse themselves in the beauty of the Alps in a challenging but accessible trekking expedition.

This expedition has a lasting impact not only on students, but also on the communities they work in.

By visiting villages around Maji ya Chai in the Arusha region of Tanzania and taking a safari through the Tarangire National Park, students learn about community service, sustainable development, and the importance of being a global citizen. It really is a life-changing experience.

At San Roberto, it’s important that our students develop the right skills in every area of life. That’s why we’ve developed our Social–Emotional Learning Program, specially designed by educational psychologists to help students find a healthy balance between mental, social, emotional, and physical wellbeing, while practicing self-knowledge, self-regulation, and social awareness.
