Regents International School Pattaya hosted a hugely successful 2017 Primary FOBISIA Games over the weekend. The Games attracted Year 5 and 6 athletes from the International School Brunei, North London Collegiate Jeju, Harrow International School Beijing, the International School Penang Uplands Malaysia and St Andrews Bangkok. Regents International School Pattaya's boys' football team captured a silver medal in the final day today to cap off a most successful international tournament.
Congratulations to Regents International School Pattaya's sailing team which competed in the Thailand inter-school sailing championships and finished a very creditable 2nd place after two solid days racing.
Five teams, three countries, over 100 Year 5 and 6 children with a love of sport and a desire to compete – that was the successful recipe for the inaugural Nord Anglia South East Asia Games, held over the weekend at Regents International School Pattaya.
The annual Cross Country took place at St Andrew's on Thursday 13th October. Regents International School Pattaya's Lions team was comprised of approximately 80 students from Years 4 to 13. The students exhibited fantastic grit and determination at the competition and finished in overall 2nd place. The team included a number of medal winners from both primary and secondary races:
Alex from Year 10 is one of the Regents' very talented sportsmen and together with the team of his fellow sailors, Alex will be representing the Regents International School Pattaya in the upcoming Fobisia Sailing Championships 2016 held in the Royal Varuna Yacht Club in March 9th - 12th 2016.
