Creating the future takes a worldwide outlook, but our social programme starts in Dubai. Local projects include supporting charities like the Little Wings Foundation, Dubai Cares, Ramadan Fridges Al Jalila Foundation, which give students a start in engineering real, local change.
We nurture global citizenship through service work in all our school trips, taken in Secondary (UAE, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and the NAE Tanzania expedition). They teach our students that they can make a difference in the wider world through focused community work.
For older students, our IB philosophy includes being internationally minded. They join the annual UNICEF High Level Political Forum in New York, engaging with world leaders and bringing inspiring experiences back to the NAS community. Sixth Form students expand their world view, using trips like this to shape them as future leaders.
