NAIS Pudong Scholarships
Following the hugely successful visits of our Juilliard Drama and Dance specialists to NAIS Pudong in November 2023, we’re extremely excited for this week’s visit by our Juilliard Music curriculum specialist, Brian Drye. Brian has been part of The Juilliard School for many years and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and insight to our community.
Founded in 1905, The Juilliard School – based in New York City - is a world leader in performing arts education whose mission is to provide the highest calibre of artistic education for gifted musicians, dancers, and actors from around the world so that they may achieve their fullest potential as artists, leaders, and global citizens. Since 2015 they have collaborated with the NAE network across all areas of performing arts education, creating multifaceted experiences that provide an innovative performing arts education curriculum for students in all year groups.
Across the 24th and 25th January, there will be a variety of dedicated sessions with students, staff and parents which capitalise on this unique opportunity that comes as being part of the Nord Anglia Education family of schools. Students from Early Years, Primary and Secondary will have a number of lessons and workshops, while our Performing Arts team will undergo professional development sessions and meetings.
The Juilliard School-Nord Anglia Education partnership is an exciting feature of our set of collaborations with world-class organisations, offering access to some of the world’s greatest minds in the fields of Performing Arts, STEAM, Sports and service-minded projects for NAIS Pudong students, staff and parents. We look forward to continuing to offer these opportunities to our community across this academic year and beyond.
